You always communicated first before we had to if you were running late which a lot of contractors don't (Usually the customer has to reach out first). Stayed within estimated budget and time frame quoted. We even ran into a few glitches along the way but it didn't phase Lloyd, he advised us and resolved it with his years of construction knowledge.
